Who delivers it.
My name is Leandro Monjardim, and I’m a strategist and brand designer. I’ve been working for over 15 years at this intersection—between the strategic decisions that underpin a brand and the design that brings it to life. Today, I work with companies that treat their brand as a long-term asset, not a communication expense.

My journey so far.
I started out in a small studio in my hometown. I’ve worked at print shops, medium- and large-sized national agencies, as a freelancer, and in creative leadership roles at startups. Each phase taught me something that underpins my work today: the precision of execution found in print shops, the creative scope of agencies, the autonomy of freelance work, and the speed of decision-making at startups.
Today, we bring these elements together in strategic branding projects—for companies that understand that branding decisions are business decisions.
Twenty-five years of practice.

Work today, at three locations.
I work with companies at different stages. For each one, there’s a starting point.
For companies in the fundraising, rebranding, or pivot phase. In 3–4 weeks, establish a clear positioning, target market, and unique selling proposition before committing to design investments.

Strategic clarity before creative execution.
Diagnosis comes before design. Investing in a rebrand without a clear strategy is the main reason why projects deliver visual appeal without solving business problems.
A brand is a long-term asset, not a marketing expense.
A branding decision should not be treated as a marketing budget line item. It should be treated as a structural decision, because it underpins positioning, pricing, and customer relationships over time.
Decision-makers at the table, from start to finish.
Only decision-makers participate in critical meetings. No intermediaries, no approval by proxy. Those who determine the company’s direction determine the brand’s direction.
A method is infrastructure, not dogma.
The 9 layers are there to provide structure, not to impose a process where it doesn't fit. What makes sense for each company. The appropriate scope for each company size.
What people say.
Back when I was the creative team coordinator at a large agency, I was one of the people responsible for bringing Leandro on board. And it was a fantastic choice. Leandro is a mix of art director, graphic designer, and a professional with a wealth of creative solutions up his sleeve. But above all, he’s a responsible guy who plans ahead and is full of great ideas.— Bruno Alves · Copywriter
The logo added a touch of modernity and identity to our clinic. Other changes were inspired by the project. Leandro proved that a well-crafted, meaningful brand can be a game-changer for a business. We’re very happy with the result.— Dr. David Hoffmann · Partner and Owner, Camburi Orthopedic Clinic
The KGC project was born out of the founders’ desire to help middle-class families in rural São Paulo realize their dream of homeownership. We decided to hire Leandro to translate our purpose into a brand, and he managed to draw out ideas from us that weren’t clear and created a brand and a tagline that we simply fell in love with.— Adalberto Calonego · Founder and Director, KGC
Those who trusted.
As a self-employed professional, I have worked with clients from a variety of industries and of all sizes. These relationships are sustained by continuity; many return, years later, for new challenges.
